Darkness in our minds, fills our thoughts
I stare at the ground, can’t bear to see this any longer
An apathetic world, filled with people who don’t understand
You fall so quickly into nothing, everyone else feels so empty
The beauty of the candles can’t conceal
The despair in a night we hoped we’d never see
We hoped we’d never feel so much pain
The shining of the candles light the tears
Of all those left behind
